This is a straight forward job with a pretty set way of carrying it out. We estimate it takes 2-3 hours each month, in little bits at a time.
It involves emailing the regular team to see who's in, then some follow up after a few days, then filling gaps with reserves. The person in this role can choose to attend or not attend our events.
This job is suitable for someone who is a good communicator and is fastidious. We currently use email and Google Docs to do our rostering.
